How we produce
Log Selection
We select logs based on species, grain, and intended cut. Material quality is assessed before any slicing begins.
Slicing
Logs are sliced to required thickness — typically 0.5 to 4 mm — using crown cut, quarter cut, or rift cut depending on the specified grain pattern.
Drying & Calibration
Sliced leaves are dried to stable moisture levels and calibrated to consistent thickness across the full bundle.
Quality Control
Each bundle is checked for consistency of grain, colour match, thickness tolerance, and defect assessment before packaging.
Packaging & Delivery
Bundles are packaged to prevent moisture and damage in transit. We export to EU markets with full documentation.
