Bosnia and Herzegovina has been a woodworking region for generations not by strategy, but by geography. Over 60% of the country is forest. That is not a marketing point; it is the reason our material costs are stable, our supply chain is short, and our craftsmen grew up in the trade.

Our Story

BOSA was founded in 2022 in Fojnica — a town in central Bosnia with a long history in wood and metal production. The company was built around one observation: strong manufacturing capability existed in the region, but structured access to international markets did not.

We built that structure. Production planning, quality control, export preparation, client communication — all under one operation, with full visibility at every stage.

Today we work with brands, wholesalers, and distributors across Europe, delivering manufactured furniture on agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Edin Sarvan

Founder & Director

Edin Sarvan is the founder of BOSA, established in 2023 in Fojnica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He built the company around a clear operational gap he observed in the region: strong manufacturing capability in wood and metal production, but limited structured access to international markets.

He developed BOSA as a sourcing and intermediation platform focused on connecting verified local manufacturers with global buyers, combining production insight with market access and execution discipline.

His work is centered on building reliable export pathways for Bosnian industry and positioning local manufacturers within stable, long-term international supply chains.
